This is an opportunity to work on a program that provides services to one of Florida's most important asset - our children! This individual will work closely to provide installation, maintenance and general IT support for the Florida Healthy Kids and the Florida TPL programs and other contracts as required. Experience with Kodak scanners, Kodak Capture, and Opex scanners is a plus and experience with the following software; IBM Content Manager OnDemand , DocFinity, FileNet, FormWorks, and xPression is preferred. All other duties as assigned. SKILLS and EXPERIENCE Experience with the following technologies required – minimum 3 – 5 years experience IIS 6.0 and higher MS SQL 2000, 2005, including T-SQL ColdFusion Server Administration Knowledge Management and workflow systems Issue Tracking Systems Basic Websphere administration and support Java and java error strings Basic scripting knowledge (preference for ms batch and Python) Basic coding knowledge (preference for html, javascript, asp) Fluent in use of Windows 2000/XP/Vista and Microsoft Office Suite. 3 - 5 years experience managing technical employees, including operational and Helpdesk teams. Experience with Helpdesk and Operational standards preferred. Experience with IBM Content Manager OnDemand preferred. Experience supporting Kodak scanners, Kodak Capture, and Opex scanners a plus. Experience with OCR/Data entry, business rules,workflow, enterprise content management, and communications management software a plus. (Preference will be given to those with familiarity with DocFinity, FileNet, FormWorks, xPression and OnDemand CMS). Candidate must have experience with and knowledge of hosted systems. Our team manages multiple hosted environments and is responsible for implementation and on-going support and maintenance. Candidate must have strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills. Must have a good overall understanding of network, server, and telecom infrastructure/architecture. Experience with Windows-based Server (Microsoft Windows Server 2000, 2003) environments. Experience with Windows Administration preferred. Candidate will assist in providing technical support solutions for new implementations along with team members, and will provide on-going operations and support functions.
