Ajilon Consulting has an exciting opening in Denver for a Contracts Administrator/Sourcing Professional for a 12 month contract, possibly longer. The individual will work within I/T and Telecomm department. Sources for services, software, hardware and telecommunications for the company and negotiates associated information technology contracts. We are seeking a sourcing professional as follows: Must have ability to negotiate all aspects of contracts including pricing terms and boilerplate terms and conditions. Must be able to negotiate for better pricing and terms but maintain sound supplier relations. Must be able to demonstrate successes in negotiation of prices; management of RFx processes; and leverage of good supplier relationships. Able to communicate effectively with Legal department for required legal reviews; I/T professionals requesting procurements, including senior leaders and project managers; and with suppliers. Must be skilled in the use of purchasing systems (Ventyx PassPort is used by our department). Must be able to review pertinent information in existing contracts in order to provide advice on resolving issues with suppliers. Must be adequately skilled with Microsoft Office and Adobe software, particularly Microsoft Word.
